Exclusive: Post-war integration efforts begin in the Kurdish-majority Syrian city of Kobane

Northern Syria’s Kobane, or Ayn al-Arab, was a flashpoint during the Kurdish fight against the Islamic State (IS) group nearly a decade ago. Today it is at the center of the Syrian government’s efforts to integrate the northern Kurdish-majority region and its fighters. FRANCE 24’s Wassim Nasr had the rare opportunity to witness the integration process.
