The best outdoor workouts for the summer:
1. Morning yoga
Start your day with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your garden. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Beach walk
Beach walks are the perfect way to take your mind off what’s going on in your life. Take 10 to 30 minutes for a walk on the beach, either alone (with headphones and your Favorite playlist or podcast) or go for a walk with a friend and catch up on life!
3. HIIT training
Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for an added challenge. The soft sand stimulates your muscles and the sea breeze cools you down. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
