A Colorado man According to police, he allegedly attempted to rob a bank but left with nothing after handing a note to a teller who was unable to decipher what he had written.
The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. on Dec. 17 at the First National Bank at 750 North Lincoln Ave. in Loveland, Colorado Loveland Police Department.
Police said the man went into the bank and gave the teller a bill.

However, the cashier had a hard time reading the note because it was reportedly almost completely illegible, according to CBS Colorado.
The man was reportedly frustrated because the teller was having difficulty reading the note, so he quickly left the bank, the outlet noted.

The police are still there looking for the suspect.

Surveillance images showed the man wearing a brown hoodie, green pants, a green baseball cap, sunglasses and brown gloves.
