The note, posted on the r/SouthwestAirlines forum, was titled “Favorite trick for people who put trash in seatback pockets.”
The user said he or she witnessed an “alarming amount of people” not handing over their trash to flight attendants for collection before the plane landed.

“There will always be idiots/idiots/low-lifes who just don’t care,” said another.

“Well we land, the guy walks away and leaves the paper behind,” the person added.

“Airlines are increasingly spending little time cleaning up between flights. They don’t schedule planes with enough time on the ground to do that – and when a flight is delayed, that’s one of the first things to get canceled,” Leff said.

“Don’t just give up on this Popcorn bags “On the floor,” Leff added. “Take them to the trash cans at the exit.” It’s only a few meters.”
