Finland is investigating a Russian-linked tanker for “sabotage” of undersea cables

Finnish authorities are investigating the oil tanker Eagle S, which is suspected of having committed “serious sabotage” on the Estlink 2 power cable between Finland and Estonia, which was damaged on Christmas Day. The tanker is believed to be part of Russia’s “shadow fleet,” which transports embargoed Russian oil products.
