Russia blames “terrorism” for the sinking of a cargo ship off the Spanish coast

Russian authorities on Wednesday blamed the sinking of a cargo ship off the coast of Spain on a “terrorist act,” but provided no evidence to support that claim. The ship “Ursa Major” belonging to the Russian Defense Ministry company Oboronlogistika was on its way from Saint Petersburg to Vladivostok in the Russian Far East.
