Pull out your magnifying glass if you’re hoping to read the original Christmas story in a miniature Bible on display in the UK
A tiny copy of it King James Bible will be displayed to the public at the Leeds Central Library in Leeds, England, news agency SWNS reported.
The Bible, which dates from approximately 1911, measures 1.9 x 1.3 inches – small enough to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand.
The tiny Bible made headlines during the COVID lockdowns when it was first discovered and is believed to be “one of the smallest examples of its kind anywhere in the world”, according to SWNS.
Leeds Central Library displays a range of “captivating Christmas classics” next to the mini text.
“Christmas has been such a central part of many memorable stories for generations and it is very special to be able to bring these items together and bring back some treasured memories for visitors,” senior librarian Rhian Isaac told SWNS.
“We hope to see them in person will give visitors to give a little insight into the previous Christmas celebrations and also help them get into the festive mood.

The free exhibition also features 19th-century editions of Charles Dickens stories, including the Christmas classic “A Christmas Carol.”
The library will also have one on display Book with Christmas games for children called “Mince Pies for Christmas” from 1812.
The book is filled with a selection of puzzles and holiday games that claim to “exercise the ingenuity of all sensible masters and misses,” SWNS added.

The book even bears markings from the children who once owned the book and played the games at Christmas over 200 years ago.
In addition to the Christmas classics, other exhibits include a collection of illustrated Christmas cards and issues of local newspapers from the Christmas of the 1920s.
