Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new $15 million sexual assault lawsuit as his legal troubles mount.
LaTroya Grayson claimed Diddy was sexually abused when she was 23, according to a civil lawsuit filed Friday and obtained by Fox News Digital. The Oklahoma resident claimed she won an invitation to a party hosted by the rap mogul in 2006.
Grayson attended a “black party” on Oct. 16, 2006, then woke up in the hospital the next morning, the court document said. “When (Grayson) returned to her hotel, she called a friend and explained to her that she wasn’t sure what happened to her, but she believed she had been drugged, assaulted and robbed without taking any responsibility Remembering how she was the last to arrive at the hospital. The memory was that I was at Diddy’s Black Party.

“Ms. Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Your accusations against him are pure fiction.”
The woman had no memory of anything that happened after she consumed two “pre-made drinks” at the party.
When she woke up in the hospital, she claimed, “her shirt was torn, her underwear was missing, she had no shoes and the money she had been traveling with was stolen.”
After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson allegedly received a call from an anonymous woman who “threatened Grayson and told her that any attempts to pursue anything related to her assault would be in vain because defendant Combs was a “celebrity” and that (Grayson ) would ‘just waste their time’.”
In the file, Grayson included hotel receipts and copies of flight information for her trip from Oklahoma to New York City.

A representative for Combs claimed Grayson’s claims were “pure fiction” and never happened.
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking,” the statement to Fox News Digital said. “Ms. Grayson admits that she has no recollection of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Your accusations against him are pure fiction. As we said, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven cash grab that separates facts from opportunistic fabrications like these.

Diddy faces a handful of civil sexual assault lawsuits, including one accusing him and “Celebrity A” of raping a 13-year-old girl.
Jay Z was added to the lawsuit against Combs on December 8th. In the amended complaint, the rap mogul was referred to as “Celebrity A.”
The new version of the lawsuit noted that the 13-year-old became disoriented and found a bedroom to rest after allegedly consuming a drink. Jay-Z, Diddy and the female “Celebrity B” seemingly followed the girl into the room. She “immediately recognized all three celebrities,” the court document says.

Jay-Z allegedly raped the girl, followed by Diddy’s alleged rape of the plaintiff while “Celebrity B” watched, the lawsuit says.
The “Empire State of Mind” rapper vehemently denied the allegations in a statement shared on Roc Nation’s social media.
“These allegations are so heinous that I am asking you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil lawsuit! Anyone who would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, don’t you agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case,” he wrote in part.
Combs has also denied the allegations against him.

The “I’ll Be Missing You” singer remains behind bars at MC Brooklyn as he awaits his federal trial on alleged sex trafficking charges.
Authorities claimed Diddy was running one criminal enterprise through his companies, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global, among others. He used “guns, threats of violence, coercion and verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse” to fulfill his sexual desires, according to the unsealed indictment obtained by Fox News Digital.
