German politician visits site of fatal Christmas market attack

Scores of people were injured and at least two people, including a small child, died on Friday after a car plowed into a crowd at a Christmas market in the eastern German city of Magdeburg in what local officials described as a terrorist attack. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and other politicians were scheduled to visit the site of the car crash on Saturday. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Holdsworth has the latest from Magdeburg.
