French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou hopes to have the budget ready by mid-February

French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou said on Thursday he hoped to have a budget ready by mid-February and he would consider using special constitutional powers to push it through parliament if opposition parties tried to block it.
