Valve’s opinion for games you’ve played on Steam is now available for you to view. Valve has been offering the year-end presentation since 2022, and it can provide a pretty insightful look at the time taken by most games over the past two years (or how much a game can really stick in the memory).
You can access the data dump directly from the Steam app or the Internet. For 2024, Valve has tracked the number of games and demos you’ve played, the number of achievements you’ve unlocked, your longest gaming streak, and the games you spent the most time on. The company also collected data about how much time you spent playing on Steam Deck, what genres you tend to prefer, and shared some details about how the average Steam user plays. For example, the average Steam user has only played four games and unlocked 13 achievements this year.
According to my replay, I’ve spent the majority of my time on Steam this year gaming 1000xRESISTANCE, Arco, Animal welfare And . Since I basically treated the Steam Deck like a console from the start, I’ve also spent 100 percent of my time using Steam in 2024. I suspect this is unusual for the average user, but it’s really the only surprise I found while searching through Valve’s data.
If you come across something interesting in your Steam Replay, Valve has made it easy to make your Replay public so you can share it with friends. If you’re particularly proud of how much you’ve accomplished in 2024, you can also attach a summary of your stats directly to your Steam profile.
