4.3 Friday Favorites – The Fitnessista

Hello friends! Happy Easter weekend and also happy Passover to my friends who celebrate. I hope you have a nice weekend ahead of you! We hang out by the pool – ours is still too cold so it’s nice to have a heated option! – meet up with friends to watch the U of A game (GO CATS!) and spend Easter with family. We have Easter brunch at my dad’s house and then my mom’s family comes here for dinner for a barbecue.

(Pictures from our favorite Blues and Brews brunch at Loew’s this weekend! Dress is from Rent the runway)

Right now I’m hanging out with mine Red light, Avoid the laundry pile and consider stocking up on last-minute Easter supplies.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Favorites roundup! Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the internet. I always love hearing about your favorites too, so please share what you like in the comments section below.

4.3 Friday Favorites

Fashion, beauty, coincidence:

I ordered these sandals from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised! I don’t post any foot pictures here lol, but they are true to size, super comfortable and I can see myself wearing them often. I was looking for a casual sandal that I could wear with skirts and dresses these are perfect.

They actually are Super similar to this one at a fraction of the price.

You also know you’ve reached a special point in life when you’re excited about a pillow. I used a flat pillow that I bought from Rona and I liked it because I hate super fluffy pillows, but it was completely flat. I folded it and often woke up with neck or shoulder pain because I sleep on my side. (I really try to sleep on my back because it’s better for the skin, but I can’t do it.)

I did a lot of research and I came across this one. It was important to me that it had non-toxic materials and wasn’t too fluffy. This one is a little fluffy – you can add even more if you want as it has extra fluff – but I think it will settle down over time. I slept very well every night and it usually takes me a while to get used to a new pillow. Maybe I’ll get one for the pilot too!

A picture from a full moon meditation and singing bowl class I did with a friend this week. It was so relaxing and the 45 minutes flew by. I can’t wait to do it again!

If you would like to participate, please comment “YES” below so I can gauge interest. Thank you, friends!
