Court documents show three men who claimed actor Kevin Spacey sexually abused them have settled their civil claims before they were heard at the High Court in London.

The civil trials were scheduled to begin later this year, but Judge Christina Lambert last week ordered the proceedings stayed, saying the parties had “agreed to the terms of the settlement.”
“By consent, it is ordered that all further proceedings against the defendant in these proceedings be stayed in accordance with the conditions set forth in this order and the confidential schedule,” the judge said.
The terms were not disclosed and the judge made no order as to costs.
