Tourists and locals have gathered on Reunion Island to watch lava flow from a volcano that has been erupting for over a month.
On Sunday, lava from the Piton de la Fournaise volcano reached the Indian Ocean for the first time in 19 years.
The volcano erupted for the second time this year on February 13th. Two lava flows from the volcano have since caused disruption after cutting the national highway between the south and east of the island.
