Hello friends! Happy Friday! How are you doing? What’s going on this weekend? Any plans for Valentine’s Day?
We have a fun weekend planned here: date night with the pilot, our symphony show, P’s basketball tournament, and Liv having a Valentine’s Day dance at school. Lots of fun stuff! In between, I study for our Centurion program CPI, and batch recording of podcast episodes. Let’s go.
I’d love to hear what you’re up to!
(There’s a trend of asking ChatGPT to create a caricature of you and your job based on what they know about you. I feel like it nailed it, lol.)
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the internet. I’m always happy to hear about your favorites too, so please share what you like in the comments section below.
(Lola wanted to tell you that she looks more like a poodle every day. As a baby she looked like a real golden retriever, but the poodle is definitely coming out. Plus, these little date bites are the perfect sweet bite if you like something sweet after dinner.)

Fashion, beauty, coincidence:
I’ve gotten so many compliments on this dress. It’s Ulla Johnson from my Rent the Runway membership. You can try it out here and get 50% off your first month!
It’s a shame I have to send this bag back Vivrelle but excited about the Hermés bag that is on the way. You can try it for free for a month here with the code GINAHARNEY
Nails from my friends Glamnetic!
I usually dip nails, but when I was offered a gift I accepted because Liv loves press-on nails.
Look how awesome they turned out:
We babysat our little niece last weekend and I took her to Wild Katz for the first time. She loved it!!
What’s not so funny is that we hired a mold company to inspect the house after I found mold in the bathroom. I followed Shape finder on IG Forever and when a friend mentioned that she had had a positive experience with her company, I booked a consultation and inspection.
I opened a huge can of worms because we found other places during her stay – under two of the sinks in the back and a questionable spot next to P’s vent in her room. It will be costly to remove everything, but mold can have serious health effects, so here we go.
Diego was extremely thorough and friendly and did an excellent job with the inspection and sampling.
The best part is that they run labs on the samples so they know exactly what type of mold it is and can provide a complete plan of action to the remediation company.
Read, watch, listen:
Took the crew (the girls + one of Liv’s best friends) to see the Stray Kids concert at the theater. It was surprisingly amazing. I happen to know a lot about K-pop because of Liv’s taste in music, but I have to say most of it is a HIT.
New Substack post here with my weekly training split.
Check out this week’s podcast episode! We talk about perimenopause and nervous system support.
Fitness, health and good food:
Daily Nutritional Support has a new flavor! I eat this in my protein pudding every day because it is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and contains 15g of protein. I add Truvani so my breakfast has about 30g of protein. I usually eat the chocolate but can’t wait to try it Wild strawberry – Mine is here today.
Try this no-reps HIIT workout.
Homemade gelatin gummies for gut health:
Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and see you soon!
xoxo
