Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (225 g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then share it with a friend and enjoy!
