
If you need more green In your life, a green protein shake is an easy way to enjoy them. The blender does all the work and in the end the addition of banana and mango creates a delicious, fruity treat. Greek yogurt adds proteinso you feel full and satisfied for longer.
Green Mango Kale Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups (490 g) 0% natural Greek yogurt
- 1 cup (150 g) chopped mango, frozen
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 3 cups (75 g) kale, stemmed and shredded
- 2 tbsp (21 g) chia seeds
- 2 scoops of protein powder
Directions
Place the yogurt, then the mango, banana and kale in a blender. Close the lid and blend downwards as needed until very smooth. Add chia seeds and protein powder and mix.
Pour into two glasses and serve.
