Fall Fashion Favorites 2025 – The Fitnessista

I’m sharing a roundup of my fall 2025 fashion favorites with my top picks of sweaters, dresses, jeans, and boots.

Hiiiiiii! How are you doing? I hope your week starts well. I’m back from a super fun, whirlwind trip to the Reimgaining Health Summit in Ft. Lauderdale. It was so great to connect with so many IHP friends in real life and also attend the sessions. I’ll give a recap soon, but the short story is that I spoke on a panel and didn’t die, lol, so I’ll call it a win!

In today’s post, let’s talk about fashionable things for fall. I’m not usually big on fall fashion—give me tank tops and dresses all day long—but I’m loving the return of leopard print (praise God), the textures (like suede and corduroy), statement necklaces, and the deep fall colors.
