Time to scream our SSU25 winners!
Prize winner
Shannon Smith (@Shannon.lsf)
Total pound lost: 4
Shannon’s story:
“I lost one and a half centimeters on my stomach and 2.5 inches directly over my hips!
I am so proud of the work I did in this challenge because I’ve never been so consistent. This challenge meant me more because I made a decision Prioritize my health above all.
That meant that I Started with thyroid medication for the first time, I really supported myself in the doctor, became super unanimous with workouts and dominated this 80/20 lifestyle, which I have always wanted. While the scale did not show all my progress, I was, but I was it To see amazed.
I also noticethere Wave of trust comes back into my lifeAnd helped me to feel happier in the world. I I started to dress clothes that I like better and to highlight the parts of my body that I have hidden for so long. I also got stronger (went back to my 15 -pound dumbbells!) And even wants to try the bar in the gym.
I did it all from home, on the beach and with my dollsy. I am still getting strong, although it is exhausting to be back at school (I am a teacher). I learn how It is important to take care of myself first (Through nutrition, training, calm, etc.) so that I can appear better everywhere. I loved the HBMP because it allowed me to eat things that I loved and be flexible when I needed. I’m going backwards now.
And especially me Enjoyed my accountability group because they were the girls who understood more than everyone else in my life, which I went through! It felt so amazing to win the award of week 3 because it felt like I was seen for all my hard work! Thank you for this amazing community and I am very happy to continue building on these habits. “

Dara mccann (@dara.lsf)
Total loss: 2.8
Dara’s Story:
“This challenge was a special one for me A year anniversary of the consistent daily movement and concentration on nutrition. Many milestones, including mine 400 -day stripes And several PRS during the summer fitness evaluation.
There were days when I didn’t feel like moving my body and seeing cravings for pizza and cinnamon rollers, but then I remembered why I do that: to be a strong woman who is not afraid of the possibility of more.
I am So proud of progress in only these 6 short weeks. While I didn’t lose many pounds I have the feeling that I start winning muscles and seeing definition.
I am very grateful for the LSF community and was even the winner of the 5th week – which was such a pleasant surprise! As always, I thank you for another fantastic challenge! “
Cambria (@motivated_mama_lsf)
Total pounds lost: 5.4
Cambria Story:
“The trip this time was more of a long -term goal, not just a challenge to challenge the focus. January 2025, I started with that Goal to lose £ 20 With the head “Why” to take care of myself. From my planner of 2025 goals: “My most important thing that I want to achieve this year is to lose £ 20 so that I work better physically and have a better mental condition.” This challenge helped me to fall these last pounds and I have achieved my goal of losing £ 20 this year.
But is that? Absolutely not. 2025 will continue to be the year of change. I am in my early 40s and experience the ups and downs of perimenopause. I am tired of being tired and spirited. The concentration on mental health, physical well -being and growth in my relationship with Jesus will continue to be of central importance for every day in the future.
I feel better than in some time. I have more energy, less moody (most of the time;) and I am Listen the compliments my husband gives me. He is always an encouraging one, but If you don’t feel good, it is difficult to get compliments on how you were intended. I’I am excited to see how God will continue to work in these remaining 4 months 2025, and I’m looking forward to it continue to appear with SPF to improve my health. “
