A fire under a commuter train in the Newport Station in Jersey City disrupted several lines on Monday morning, with a video being shot by a commuter by showing people that they got out of a car -filled train car. The authorities said 13 people were treated on site for smoke inhalation, nine of which were taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
