Getting up pedaling is back! – Bionicoldguy


I have in Previous posts Like I like to fry on an upright bike. This is challenging Aerob and feels a little like running, which is great for a former runner. But I haven’t been able to do much lately because my Si -Joint complains. This is not bad for yourself, but it can be an early sign that sciatica flabs, which I definitely want to avoid. I mentioned that problems with it in the past . But I remembered that my Si joint belt can help, so I’ve tried it on my trips lately. Little by little I add more, and today I could get away with some time without any problems. I did it in the Anderson Lake County Park and the dirt ways near the Coyote Creek Trail. I had forgotten how I also made it possible to deal with rougher terrain because your legs absorb a large part of the vibration while standing.

I also avoided longer journeys on my upright bike, but with the SI joint belt I made a good time on a three-hour group trip last Tuesday. I will be nice to drive more and add more variety in my training.
