The FBI and the law enforcement officers in Columbia County, OregonA teenager arrested at the end of the last month, which is said to be a mass shooting with explosives in a shopping center in Washington.

The FBI said it encouraged the public to report suspicious behavior to the law enforcement authorities, and added that parents are also encouraged to involve an open dialogue about their online activities with their children.
