You crushed our 8 -week Spring Slim Down Challenge! We cannot believe how quickly this challenge passed! If the challenge this Sunday, May 4th, comes to an end, may you ask yourself what you should do next or how I don’t lose this swing?

I only have the tips that you have to stay on the right track and achieve these goals! Also a brand new challenge, details at the end !!

1. Set new goals

Take some time to think about your achievements and set new goals for yourself. Regardless of whether it improves your strength, increases your endurance or tried a new video MOVEIf you have clear goals, remain motivated.

2. Create a routine

The creation of a daily routine, which includes time for movement and healthy eating, can help you to coordinate with your healthy habits. Make the movement priority by planning it into your day, just like any other appointment.

Keep step with your accountability group! Just because the challenge ended does not mean that your group test must go! If you have someone or a group that take you to account, it can make a big difference to stay on the right track.

4. Focus on nutrition

Remember that exercise is only part of the equation. Please note your Nutrition is also important for maintaining a Healthy lifestyle. Concentrate on eating whole, nutrient -rich foods to fuel your body and support your fitness goals.

5. Celebrate your progress

Don’t forget to celebrate your achievements, no matter how small you may seem. Recognize the hard work and the commitment you made during our Spring -Slim -down challenge and continue celebrating your progress while you are going forward.
