After months after months of court proceedings, Germany officially approved the delivery of Mohamed Boudrika, the former president of the Raja Club Athletic Casablanca and ex-parliamentarian.
The German Ministry of Justice granted this delivery Application after rejection of Boudrika’s appeal by the German Constitutional Court.

The former Raja president is faced with several serious charges in Morocco, including “checks without financial balance, fraud and fraud”, as reported by the local Moroccan press.
Boudrika had previously was pulled off his parliamentary status by the constitutional court of Morocco.
The Hamburg Regional Court confirmed LE360 that the delivery application had been considered admissible, with the Federal Office of the Justice approved the decision.
While the exact date of the transfer of boudrika into the Moroccan judicial authorities is not specified, the sources indicate that delivery should not be “delayed”.
Boudrika’s case is part of a wider pattern of allegations of corruption against Moroccan parliamentarians.
Over thirty Moroccan parliamentarians are currently being charged, which range from the embezzlement of public funds to the influence of dealers, with some even accusing drug trade.
