The Dislog Group strengthens its health center with the strategic acquisition of Farmalac, a recognized player in the distribution of packaging articles and raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry. The announcement was formalized by Moncef Belkhayat’s group on Monday, March 24, 2025.

Farmalac was founded in 1997 and established itself as an important partner for Pharmaceuticals and recently expanded its activities to reagents and consumables for laboratories. This acquisition enables the Dishlog Group Health Center to strengthen enthusiasm such as steripharma, megaflex, somapharma, Afrare or KPH. The operation enables the group to strengthen their capacity in order to offer a complete offer that range from the production of medicines to the supply of medical devices and dermo cosmetic solutions.
