Now that my antibiotics did their job, I am back to ride the full tendency. Yesterday was my hard day. But something I recently read noticed that I did something wrong. I made long (2 hours+) trips for my hard trips, with the intervals and sprints that end up after hours of brisk cruises. This meant that my legs were always tired when I started the most difficult. Instead, if I made the sprints and intervals on fresh legs after a short warm -up, I could be able to push harder and to achieve more advantages. I did this for my last hard trips and it feels great. Too early to recognize whether it will lead to better results, but I enjoy it more. The long fleet cruise is now reserved for other days.
The Metcalf -Erdgaskraftwerk, about 10 miles from home, worked hard this morning. When it is cold, the steam sometimes hangs near the floor instead of climbing in one feather.
Pretty park in the neighborhood on the other side of my street from my house. Due to the Lombard poplars, a look at the Villa Miramonte, also colloquially known as “Morgan Hill House”. This historical former residence of the namesake of our city is now a beautiful museum.
