Strong winds expected in several provinces in Morocco


Rabat – The General Directorate for Meteorology expects a new wave of dust storms and strong winds in several Moroccan provinces on Thursday.

The Moroccos weather office announced today that strong winds from 75 to 85 kilometers per hour should influence the provinces of Figuig, Boulemane, Azilal and Sidi Bennour from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The same weather will affect Sidi Bennour, Safi, Al Haouz, Chichaoua, Youssouufia, Marrakech and Essaouira.

On the same day, wind and dust storms also influence Midelt, Errachidia, Tinghir and Ouarzazate.
