Rabat – Four of the most influential nations in Europe – Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Italy – made a joint explanation on Saturday, in which the Arabic plan for Gaza was approved.
The common statement described the plan as a “realistic path to reconstruction of Gaza”.
The declaration of European Foreign Minister published in Berlin found that, when it is implemented, the plan promises “a quick and sustainable improvement in the catastrophic living conditions of the Palestinians in Gaza.
However, as far as the enclave torn by the war is concerned, the explanation says: “It is clear that Hamas Gaza no longer has to rule or a threat to Israel has to be.”
“We welcome the serious efforts of all those involved and appreciate the important signal that Arab states have sent by jointly developing this recovery and reconstruction plan,” she added.
The minister continued to undertake “with the Arabic initiative to work together with the Palestinians and Israel to tackle these problems together, including security and governance”.
This European confirmation follows The formal introduction of the initiative on Friday by organizing Islamic cooperation (OIC).

The Arab proposal positions itself as a direct alternative to the controversial plan of US President Donald Trump, in which control over the war is “violently driven out of the Palestinian”.
The OIC, which represents the Muslim world, has asked “to provide international and international and regional financing institutions for the necessary support for this plan”.
