Algeria is reportedly approaching in one of the talents of Ligue 1, as Marseila’s Bilal Nadir suggests that he can exchange Morocco against the Fennecs in intensive competition for his place in the national team.
The 21-year-old midfielder of Moroccan and Algerian roots has only played 14 game starting this season. Despite the representation of Morocco on the U23 youth level, Nadir is now considering a change to Algeria, where he could be exposed to less competition for a starting place.
According to football club demarse, Nadir’s potential change to Algeria is progressing, and the Algerian football association has reportedly increased their efforts to convince the young star to join their ranks. It is assumed that Algeria’s interest in Nadir has received a notch, the midfielder weighing his options.
Algeria could receive help from Nadir’s Marseille team colleague Ismail Bennacer, who could play a central role in conviction of the prospective player, to achieve the change.
Bennacer, an important player for the Fennecs, is reportedly in conversations with Nadir and his family, hoping to smooth the transition and ensure that he follows Algeria in the next FIFA -International Pause.
