Rabat – A car drove into a lot in the West German city of Mannheim and injured two people and eleven more.
The police said they do not combine the motif as a result of a “political background”, but the arrested 40-year-old German suspects suffered from serious mental health problems.

He killed two human-die 83-year-old wife and a 54-year-old man.
Mannheim’s mayor Christian Spesp described The incident in an explanation on the city government website as “hideous and inhumane”.
“Our thoughts are with the dead and injured, their families and friends,” says Mayor.
The German State Minister of the Interior Thomas Strobl said that the incident resembles recent incidents in the country in the country in which a car was misused as a weapon.
When he repeated the police’s statements, he continued that the incident had nothing to do with the fact that the suspect had an “extremist or religious background”.
While the authorities are continuing their investigation, he added that “the motivation could be rooted in the personal circumstances of the perpetrator.”

The incident overshadowed carnival celebrations in the region in which the police were aware of attacks. The authorities have canceled carnival events in the nearby suburbs of Feudenheim, Neckarau and Sandhofen.
The next likely leader of Germany, Friedrich Merz, whose conservatives won a national election last month, was concerned about the increasing number of incidents in the country.
“The incident – like the terrible actions of the past few months – serves as a strong memory: we have to do everything we can to prevent such actions.”
Security had been A major problem in Germany after a number of violent attacks in the past few weeks, including deadly car ramming in Magdeburg in December and in Munich last month and a stab in Mannheim in May 2024.
