Jose Mourinho has launched a legal claim against Galatasaray due to the “attack on the personal rights” of the Fenerbahce trainer.
Mourinho triggered a controversy after the goalless draw between the pages jumped “like monkeys” between the pages after the Gala trainer’s claim to book the Fener defender Yusuf Akcicek.
This outrageous gala, which threatened criminal proceedings against Mourinho after claiming that he had used “inhuman rhetoric”.
In response to this, Mourinho said today that he would get into Feners Istanbul -rival compensation of 1.907 million Turkish lira (Fenerbahce was created in 1907).
In a Fener declaration it says: “We would like to tell the public that a lawsuit was submitted to the Galatasaray Sports Club by Jose Mourinho by Fenerbahçe Sports Club lawyers due to the attack on the personal rights of our technical director, Jose Mourinho, a lawsuit.”
Former Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba, who played in Chelsea for Mourinho, asked his former club to drop her case and described the 62-year-old as his “father”.
Mourinho punished and forbidden for four games
The TFF banished Mourinho yesterday for four games and punished him with a fine of £ 35, after explaining that he came to the referee’s room after the game and directed “derogatory and insulting statements” compared to the fourth official who was Turkish.
It is said that the former Chelsea chief “accused Turkish football of chaos and disorder with insulting and insulting statements from both the Turkish football community and in all Turkish referees.”
The TFF explained that Mourinho’s “Actions and Remarks insulted the brand value of football in Turkey” to a decision to impose a two-match ban from the changing room and the touchline as well as a fine of 117,000 Turkish lira (£ 2,500).
“Contrary to the ethics of sport”
Regarding his comments after the press conference after the match, the TFF said: “It was found that the statements used for the members of the opposing team were not mandatory, contradicting the ethics of sport and the concept of fair play expression, containing the expressions, promoting violence and causing disorders in society and separating in society.
As a result, a fine of 1.5 m TL (32,655 GBP) was imposed in addition to another two-game ban.
Fenerbahce are six points behind Galatasaray at the top of the Turkish super league table with 12 remaining games for every team.
