The Austrian State Archives and the Royal Archives of Morocco have completed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Vienna to strengthen their cooperation.
Signed by the general director of the Austrian state archive, Helmut Wohnout, and the director of the Royal Archives of Morocco, Bahija Simou, aims to formalize the exchange of specialist knowledge and good practices in terms of archives and enrich their respective collections.
In addition, this memorandum represents the first intention that the Austrian archives signed with an African and Arabic institution.
