The municipality of Lakhsas in the province of Sidi Ifni opened a center for people with specific needs at a price of more than 2.04 million DH. This center is financed by the National Human Development Initiative (IndH) up to 1.8 million DH and aims to improve the care of disabled people by offering adapted educational and paramedical services.
It comprises several specialized rooms and offers space for more than 80 favorites. On the occasion of the inauguration, people with serious disabilities were handed over electrical wheelchairs.
In addition, the governor opened the expansion of Dar Attalib to Tioughza, a project financed by the IndH for the development of human capital. This expansion includes a total investment of 5.07 million DH, which includes dormitories and installations for up to 160 young people.
