Parma has appointed the former Ajax, Roma and Inter Center-Back Cristian Chivu as the new manager.
The former Romania international, 44, replaced Fabio Pecchia, who had been responsible since 2022, and led Parma to promotion from series B.

Chivu previously trained youth teams in Inter Milan, the club, in which he ended his career as a career, between 2018 and 2024.
Parma separated with Pecchia on Monday after a fourth defeat in a row kept the club in the relegation zone.
