Tetouan: More than 130 million DH to combat floods

A total of 133 million DH were mobilized by the province of Tétouan and the city of the city for the implementation of a series of infrastructure projects in the city, which mainly relate to flood protection and modernization and generalization of the liquid sanitary network.

This envelope will finance projects for the protection of Tetouan districts from flooding, protect the city from flood risks and live and goods in several “blackheads”, which are often overwhelmed as soon as the region records considerable rainfall. Thus three large flood protection projects were thus initiated. The first, led by the Loukkos Hydraulic Pool Agency in cooperation with the management of hydraulic devices in the coming weeks, a global cost of 34 million dh will be launched.
