It is not difficult to see why a film likes The voices Was knocked out quietly. It is a dark story about a serial killer, as he was told in his perspective. It also mixes a lot of tones such as black comedies, romance, horror and legitimate disturbing drama. But in my thoughts there is no question that The voices is the best Ryan Reynolds Film.
Five years after his release, The voices Is a film that I still return at all times. What about this twisted little story that deserves special recognition? Here is the reason why it is Ryan Reynold’s best film.
Why the voices are great
So that this is the best Ryan Reynolds film, one of the obvious bright spots of The voices Is a leading man Ryan Reynolds, and that’s him. Reynolds is largely known for lovable and charming characters and has the opportunity to take these properties and to examine the potentially darker facets of them. Jerry does some monstrous things in the film, but Reynolds has a sympathy for the character that is of crucial importance. If not for Reynold’s performance, The voices Would probably be too malignant to enjoy at every level.
Fortunately, director Marjane Satrapi Understand how best to design the world of Michael R. Perry’s script. In view of the fact that the film is positioned from Jerry’s point of view, we experience the world through its thoughts. This means that the sets, costumes and even characters are filtered by Jerry’s distorted lens. Finally, this leads to a shocking moment when all of our prefabricated ideas about Jerry’s life are thrown out of the window. Satrapi and Perry’s strict control over the pace of history make a big difference in such a story.

This is a film that ends with a huge dance number whose ensemble includes Jesus himself. It is a film in which Ryan Reynolds admires an Asian Elvis imitator. And Reynolds’ crazy vocal performance as Jerry’s pets, Mr. Whisker and Bosco, are worth the admission price. Admittedly, the sale of a film like this as a comedy does a great bad service, but its comedic components work when they appear.
Otherwise this is a tragedy through and through. Jerry’s background story is extremely devastating and his mental deterioration is almost heartbreaking. Although Jerry turns to the murder, the film can remind us that he is a victim of his own instability and a system that does not prioritize mental health care. This cannot be denied The voices is a crap of a film, and this is not necessarily what many people expect from a film with Ryan Reynolds.
