Elon Musk started an offer of 97.4 billion US dollars for control over Openai. The Wall Street Journal reports that a group of Musks investors is led Xai submitted an unsolicited offer to the company’s board of directors on Monday. The group would like to buy the non -profit organization that controls the non -profit arm from Openai.
When an Openai spokesman was asked for a comment, Engadget pointed to one X Post By CEO Sam Altman. “No, thanks, but we will buy Twitter for 9.74 billion US dollars if you want,” Altman wrote on the social media platform Musk.

“It is time for Openaai to finally return to the open source security power,” said Musk in a statement with which his lawyer shared The journal. “We will make sure that happens.”
It is difficult to say how serious this commandment of Muschus is and what – if at all – has the chance to be successful. Openaai is not a traditional company and that non -profit structure Sam Altman and others in the company want it to get away from May. If Openai would be purely profit -oriented company with traditional stocks Musk offer probably what is known in corporate law shareholders.
Musk, as you can imagine, was not a fan of Altman’s joke, wrote “Swindler” as an answer and later called him “fraud Altman”.
