To consider other robot vacuum cleaners
We approach the large robot vacuum convergence. At the price you want to pay, you will find a robot vacuum that looks very similar and has similar functions. Here are some that also worked well for us.
Roborock Qrevo Curv for $ 1,300: This was Roborock’s flagship vacuum from 2024 and it is still great (reviewer Ryan Waniata calls it the best robot vacuum that he has ever used). It has a little less sucking power than this year’s Saros 10r, but I used it to clean a whole carpet with baking powder.
Euphy Mach S1 Pro for $ 1,200: This amazingly beautiful robot vacuum will be the heart of your kitchen. The water chamber is transparent and lights up, and an ozone generator is said to be up to 99.99 percent of the bacteria. It also has an ultra-specific navigation and a self-packaged roller-mop that washes the cleaning agent. However, it has only 8,000 PA suctions, which is less than some of our other picks, and the dock is very high and makes storage a little difficult.
Irobot Roomba 694 for 275 US dollars: The word Roomba is a synonym for robot vacuum, and while later versions are of doubtful value, the older ones are great and dirty. Even the cheapest have functions like Dirt Detect, in which certain areas recognize. The app is also easy and easy to use, and the vacuum is calm and powerful.
Euufy X10 for everyone for 700 US dollars: Whether you believe it or not, this is not a bad price for a hybrid robot vacuum -MOPP (9/10, Wired recommends) with such fantastic navigation skills! (The turnover made it even lower.) However, the above yeedi is cheaper and offers a large part of the same functions.
Dream L40 Ultra for 1,500 US dollars: Dreames robot vacuum-mop combination Debut at IFA 2024. It is a little cheaper than the Dream X30 Ultra (7/10, Wired Review), but cannot make the coolest trick to remove the MOP pads. The WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell found that it is cheaper, it is still not cheap and it pushed things a little more often than the X30. However, it is pretty and has a lot of battery life left after wiping and vacuuming.
Avoid this robot vacuum cleaner
Not every vacuum deserves a place on our list. These are the ones I immediately packed up.
TP-Link Tapo RV30C for $ 229: I like the simplicity of this robot vacuum, but you can no longer find any replacement bags for it.
Eureka J20 And Eureka J15 Pro Ultra for 850 US dollars: Eureka is a respected name in the vacuum field, and these robot vacuum are beautiful and are equipped with many frills. Eureka -Vakuum, however, found that the tiny lip between the hardwood floor of my kitchen and the carpet of the living room was completely insurmountable, and the app also forgot the card every time it met a small obstacle. It was so annoying.
Proscenic M9 for £ 439: The reviewer Simon Hill reported that this robot vacuum is terrible. It misses many spots, the slide is immediately clogged with hair and makes constant noises. Whenever it gets stuck, it asks you to call customer service. The only plus is that it doesn’t seem to be in stock.
Narwal Freo X Ultra for 1,400 US dollars: This is a beautiful vacuum with many functions, including the dust floor. Although I moved it from room to room to find a better WiFi and switch from phone to phone to try out different versions of the app, I could not connect it with the app and could therefore not use it. (I turned to Narwal several times, but I couldn’t fix it. We will update if I find a solution in the future.)
Switchbot K10+ for 600 US dollars: WIRED reviewer Simon Hill also tried this robot vacuum, which is adorable (half the size of a regular vacuum), but suicide. The roller is slightly clogged, it cannot find back to the dock and often hurls the stairs.
Shark Powerdetect 2-in-1 for $ 1,000: This vacuuming was surprisingly well cleaned (5/10, Wired Review). However, it is not automatic that Dirtetect does not work and the app is completely crazy (cards are not exactly, can add several floors and the cleaning times are switched off).
