Manchester City threatened a Seismischen Fa Cup shock this afternoon after Stefan Ortega’s own goal had given the league a page Leyton Orient in the Brisbane Road.
City had already survived a few horrors when striker Jamie Donley, who was loaned from Tottenham, recorded the ball in midfield and made a brilliant exertion over Ortega from completely 45 meters in the 16th minute.
The ball hit the underside of the bar and hit the back tracking goalkeeper before crossing the line.

City had the feeling that Sonny Perkins had given a foul at debutant Nico Gonzalez during the structure, but referee Darren Bond waved their protests away.
It was nothing more than Richie Wellens’ men who were deserved after a business -friendly start that did not cause any problems with City’s much -changing backline.
And if that wasn’t bad enough for City, Gonzalez, a purchase of 50 million pounds from Porto on the Deadline Day, had to stop with a hip injury of Perkins that apparently seemed to be a challenge.
