The Kansas City Chiefs have developed into one of the largest dynasties that have ever been gathered. They stand on the edge of immortality with the chance to become the first franchise in the NFL story that wins three consecutive super bowls.
The chiefs did not come to this position with stupid happiness or help from referees (despite what some NFL fans could say). They came here because they are one of the best organizations in professional sport and they have a stacked squad with high -ranking players in every position.
Let us analyze the position groups of KC and give each unit a class from A to F.
Quarterback ā A
Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback in the NFL, even if he statistically has a down year. During a season in which he did not meet his annual average in relation to the Passing Yards, the handover of touchdowns and the quarterback evaluation, Mahomes still won 17 of the 18 games he started, and led the chiefs to the great bowl.
It is also worth noting that the down year in which we relate ā 3,928 Passing Yards and 26 touchdowns with a completion rate of 67.5% ā are a career year for 98% of all other quarterbacks in NFL history.

I am convinced that Isiah Pachecoās extensive absence for KCS Running Back Room was really harmful. Pacheco did not look for an injury in week 13. Since then he has only had 29.3 rushing yards per game.
Kareem Hunt took part of the pressure, but his numbers are not much better. The 29-year-old is only good for 55.7 floor stations per game.
Patrick Mahomes has over 30% of the Playoff -Rushing -Yards from KC. That tells me that the back of the chiefs does not meet expectations.
Wide receiver ā C.
KCS Wide Recipients were good enough to reach the team a third super bowl in a row.
Rookie Wideout Xavier Worthy has made a name for itself with a team leading 11-fan on 13 goals. His 130 playoff reception sheets are second on the chiefs, only Travis Kelce. Worthy is one of the most important players in Kansas City in sight.
Juju Smith-Schuster, Hollywood Brown and Deandre Hopkins have not illuminated any opponents, but they have appeared in critical moments with six combined clutches for 106 yards (25.1% of all KCS reception throwers).
The wide -outs of the chiefs were okay, but not special.
Engstest end ā a
Travis Kelce must have a switch he turns on when the playoffs start. After Kelce ended the regular season with 51.4 yards per game and three touchdowns, he now achieves an average of 68 YARDS PRO competition and already has a touchdown in two after season games this year. In addition, he almost doubled his farms per reception (8.5 during the regular season compared to 15.1 in the post -season). As long as Travis Kelce enters the field with the chiefs and Patrick Mahomes, he has the potential to play like the best tight end of all time.
Backup Noah Gray can also do things when asked. It is a good running blocker and an average of 2.2 catches per game this year, which is more than enough if you support Travis Kelce.
Offensive line ā C.
Creed Humphrey was the best center of the NFL in the regular season, so Pro Football Focusā Sorting System. He had the highest pass blocking grade for the regular season for centers and the second highest run blocking note. Outside of him, however, the chiefs offensive line is not great.
The right Tackle Jawaan Taylor gave up seven sacks in the regular season. Joe Thuney has approved a sack and two quarterback hits in the playoffs. Mike Caliendo and Trey Smith have teamed up for a sack and three QB hits in this post -season.
After the offensive line of KC in two playoff games had already held 2.4 sacks per Matchup in the regular season. Combine this with bad rushing numbers and you have an average offensive line.
Defense line ā A
Of the ten sacks that Kansas Cityās defense has in this post -season, nine of them come from defensive linemes.
The defensive end of George Karlaftis looked like the player of the game against the Houston Texans after ending the afternoon with three sacks. He also had a meaningful influence on the AFC championship with four duels.
We also have to give Chris Jones flowers, who was the highest enlarged defensive tackle in the playoffs. Despite the constant triple teams and double teams, his four assisted duels for the chiefs for the third highest are bound.
In addition, four other KC defensive lines have at least one sack in this off -season.
This is probably the deepest unity of chiefs and the group that is currently playing best.
Linebacker ā B
Druequill, Leo Chenal and Nick Bolton were the three boys who anchored the Linebacking Corps from KC. Tranquill is bound for the team leader in Totackles (14), while Bolton is third in the entire duels (11). After that there is a big gap until we resume Chanel, who has a total of six duels.

I will give Tranquill, Chanel and Bolton instead of a C because they were asked to play so many defensive snapshots. Their consistent availability is extremely important for the success of KC on this side of the ball.
Cornerback ā C
The Cornerback area of
With three passable controls, Trent McDuffie was one of the most disturbing cornerbacks in the league in this offspring. In addition, he only approved seven receptions at 136 defensive snapshots (eight-wire from all cornerbacks in the playoffs).
Jaylen Watson has given up three catches and has only one pass separation in the playoffs. In the meantime, Joshua Williams and Christian Roland-Wallace have teamed up for two solo two-battle.
If Trent McDuffie werenāt, KCS Cornerback area would be the weakest unity of the team.
Security ā A
Although he sometimes puts back in Nickel, Chamarri Conner made a difference as a security with a total of Tackles, a sack and a forced fum. At the same time, Justin Reid has 12 tackles, which with a pass separation and four printers, most safety precautions in the playoffs, and four prints.
