Logistics: BLS strengthens through the acquisition of LOGIPROP

Building & Logistic Services (BLS) strengthens its services with the recording of 100% of the LogiProd logistics platform in the Lkhayata region in the suburbs of Casablanca. This strategic company marks a new step in the development of buildings and logistics services (BLS). It was completed for 125 million DH.

After this transaction, Anass Moutaoukil was appointed CEO of the new entity, which BLS Lkhayata Hub has now been baptized. “The acquisition of LOGIPOR is part of our vision of making BLS an important player in logistics in Morocco.”said Moutaoukil. And to add: The new hub “strengthens our territorial network and our ability to offer efficient solutions that are adapted to our customers’ requirements”.
