The National Authority for Electricity Regulation (Anre) validated a capacity of 9,338 MW for renewable energies in the national electrical system for the period 2025-2029, which increased an increase of 29% compared to the previous year.
This decision made according to the intensive care unit leads to flexibility that enables the bidirectional transfer of unused capacities between transport and distribution networks, which optimizes the use of existing infrastructure.
Note that this revision aims to offer the operators better visibility and to support the goals of national energy policy.
