The Republic of Yemen welcomed the decisive role of his majesty on Friday in Rabat Friday in the Rabat king Mohammed VI to strengthen the basics of sustainable development in Africa as well as his commitment to peace and stability of the continent. This recognition was expressed during the work of the sixth session of the mixed Morocco Commission for Morocco.
The Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Shayea Mohsen Al-Zindani, emphasized the efforts of building a solid African partnerships, and promoted mutual cooperation with the states of the continent. In particular, he praised the Moroccan vision in terms of diplomacy and regional development.
In this context, the head of Yemeni diplomacy underlined the importance of three great royal initiatives for Africa: the royal initiative for the access of the Sahelländer for the Atlantic, the process of the African states of the Atlantic and the Nigeria-Maroc pipeline project. These strategic projects aim to strengthen regional integration and to energety African economic exchange.
This recognition of Yemen reflects the growing influence of Morocco on the African scene as an actor for integrative and sustainable development. Through its initiatives, the kingdom confirms its key role in strengthening the south-south relationships and promoting a balanced partnership between Africa and the rest of the world.
