The company that specializes in the exploration of mining, Metals Genius changes its name. It is now called “Corporation of Strategic Minerals from Morocco” and its English version is “Morocco Strategic Minerals Corporation”.
This name change was approved by more than 99% of the votes that were expressed at the annual and extraordinary general assembly of shareholders on January 16.
The company’s ordinary shares will continue to be negotiated at the Toronto Stock Exchange (Canada) under their current stock market symbol “Geni”. The date of the entry into the strength of the name change is on January 31, 2025 and the company’s ordinary shares are negotiated under the new name under the new name “MCC” symbol. MCC is in the exploration of mining and focuses on recording, researching and developing natural resource properties in Canada and Morocco.
