Cristian Romero was spotted in training on Thursday and Rodrigo Bentancur returned to the Europa League after a concussion against Hoffenheim.
Micky van de Ven will be expected back next week, while Destiny Udogie and Guglielmo Vicario should be available in early February.
Spurs have been destroyed in the past few weeks and had only 14 experienced players available for their game on Thursday evening.
And although there was another difficult setback with the loss of Dominic Solanke, Postecoglou is still confident that he can win back his players and make some newcomers before the transfer window closes.
