Paramount+’s February slate includes the return of several highly anticipated series, starting with the third season premiere of Thriller Yellowjackets (February 14). The show, which received a handful of Primetime Emmy nominations, follows a group of teenage girls who have survived a plane crash in the wilderness into their adult lives. The third episode picks up after a character’s death today in the second season.
Fans of Taylor Sheridan Yellowstone Universe will receive the second (and final) season of the prequel series and the origin story 1923 (February 23) with Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren as patriarch and matriarch Dutton under harsh pre-pressure conditions. There are also new seasons of Paramount+ originals NCIS: Sydney (February 7th), The balance (February 16) and tracker (February 16).
Paramount+ will stream the 67th Annual Grammy Awards on February 2nd. The exhibition, presented by Trevor Noah, will air at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and will be available live on Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers. Finally there is On TV: A Black History Month Special (February 17), a one-hour newscast hosted by Kevin Frazier and Nischelle Turner to celebrate Black excellence in television and entertainment.
