Tom Bischof has rejected reported interest from the Premier League and signed a four-year contract with FC Bayern Munich.
The midfielder will join FC Bayern on a free transfer in the summer when his contract with Hoffenheim expires.
The 19-year-old Bishop was born in Bavaria but came through the Hoffenheim team before making his debut in 2022, aged just 16.
He has made 53 first-team appearances and has reportedly been on the radar of Arsenal and Aston Villa.
Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund said on the club’s official website: “Tom Bischof is one of the greatest German talents who is also attracting international interest.
“At just 19 years old, he has already gained a lot of experience in professional football, both in the Bundesliga as well as in the DFB Cup and the Europa League. As a technically gifted midfielder, Tom fits our philosophy perfectly. We are pleased that he has decided to take his next steps at FC Bayern. Tom has all the qualities to establish himself at the highest level.”
