Tax Courts: DH139 million was recovered between January 2023 and September 2024

The financial courts collected around DH 139 million within the scope of their judicial powers between January 2023 and September 2024, the President of the Court of Audit, Zineb El Adaoui, announced on Wednesday in Rabat.

During a joint plenary session of the Representative and Advisory Chambers dedicated to presenting the activities of the Court of Auditors for the period 2024-2023, El Adaoui explained that these amounts are “the recovery of debts and rights due” (54 million euros ) act DH), “compliance with contractual obligations” (78 million DH), “the reimbursement of 28 million DH by auditors”, “the application of penalties for late payments” (6.3 million DH) and “the recovery of amounts paid in error (820,000 DH).
