Bourita receives his Gambian counterpart

Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita received his Gambian counterpart Mamadou Tangara with a message from Gambian President Adama Barrow.

Tangara expressed Gambia’s thanks to King Mohammed VI. for supporting Morocco, particularly during Gambia’s presidency of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). He also emphasized the importance of the King’s role within this organization and praised its initiatives.

In addition, the discussion made it possible to examine bilateral relations and the regional situation with the aim of harmonizing their positions on African issues.
