All commercial activities will be grouped under Stellantis Maroc from this month of January 2025. Following the July 2024 announcement, Stellantis today confirms the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 49% of Sopriam, originally held by Al Mada. This new acquisition marks a strategic step in the full integration of Stellantis’ import and distribution activities in Morocco.
As of this month, all of Stellantis’ commercial activities in Morocco, which include the Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo brands, are now grouped under the legal entity Stellantis Maroc (formerly FCA Morocco). At the same time, the Sopriam company will continue to operate Stellantis Morocco’s direct sales activities through its branch network.
